I'm not sure if this was from local waters or not, but this clawless lobster was served as part of our lunch
banquet out here today, along with things like a nice abalone and broccoli dish. The lobster meat was tender and sweet, but what was particularly tasty was the bed of flat noodles underneath, all coated in a delicious oil. There's just something about
shellfish on noodles that makes it wonderful, eh?
