It turns out that Chingzhen has an outlet across the street from our office, so the team decided to head there for lunch today. Somehow it just didn't taste the same as I remembered it though. Maybe it was built up too much in my head, but I thought I recalled it being a lot spicier, greasier, and tastier. That bowl above, however, was rather tame. Either that, or my tastes have changed after trying Jianhong.
