A Random Dumpling Shop in Shanghai, China

Jiaozi

I didn't really have a proper dinner tonight, so I stopped by a random shop on my way back to the hotel. This one happened to serve jiaozi. The dude recommended this one, which was stuffed with chives and shrimp, if I tasted it correctly. And it was indeed delicious, especially with the tub of chili flake oil on each table, all washed down with some local Tsingtao suds. This might actually be something that I'd eat regularly if I lived around here.
