A Thai boat noodle place has opened up at the airport (Terminal 3, basement 2 landside). That is, if you could even call it Thai boat noodle. It came in such a huge bowl that it looked like local beef noodle, or even a bad rendition of phở at a food court. To be sure, it tasted better than it looked, especially after spiking it with lots of dried chili peppers. But I don't think I will be getting it again unless I desperately need to eat somewhere near Changi.
