Rokurinsha is a ramen shop at Tokyo Station that usually draws one hour lines. So it was awesome that they had an airside outlet at Haneda's Tokyo Sky Kitchen food court, wait-free. They're known for their tsukemen, and I can see why. Not only were those thick chewy noodles very fun and unique, but more importantly, the dipping broth (if one can even call it a broth, as it was super thick and almost creamy) totally nailed it. Awesome; and that chili packed some heat too. I can see why people would line up for this; it was perhaps even better than Tetsu. Too bad the limp gyoza were a total bore though.
