I don't have much transit time here in HK, so I went for the quickest thing that I could find, and ended up grabbing this from Tasty Congee & Wantun Noodle Shop. It went down the hatch quickly thanks to a generous dose of that red chili oil, and was definitely better than their wanton noodles.
