I've always been kinda curious about that omurice stall in the corner of the Meidi-Ya basement (177 River Valley Road #B1-50, 6339-1111). It seemed pretty generous at first, with a free flow salad bar option plus free soup and mugicha. But ultimately, the food looked better than it tasted. Those chunks of beef were tough, and the rice inside was mushy. The funky seasonings for their fries were interesting, but even that got tiring after a while. If I come back, I'll have to try the hanbaagu version instead.
