Yep, it's back to canned tuna again. I not only went back to Dean & Deluca to stock up on that kicka$$ Don Bocarte tuna belly, but I also went to Cold Storage at Raffles City to see if the S$27 (US$21) version of Albert Ménès were any good.
And yes, it *was* better than the cheaper version, with this one being cut into tasty little Band-Aid-like strips. But was it better than that Don Bocarte stuff? Nope. It was good, but leaner...so much that the oil was richer than the tuna itself. Good thing I stocked up on the Don Bocarte.
