Lobster Pince & Pints Restaurant & Bar, Singapore
It's funny...just the other week, I was b*tching about those ludicrously high prices that Luke's charges for lobster rolls. Yet tonight I happily paid S$48 (US$39) for one at this new place (32 Duxton Road, 6225-7558). And I'll be willing to come back.
I guess that part of it is that I've succumbed to the realization that restaurants in Singapore are just frickin' expensive. I also realize that they had to pay to fly those bad boys all the way down to the equator. Either way, it's painful paying almost twice the price of something from back home, although I suppose that Platypus remains a cheaper option.
Anyway, this shop is light on the mayonnaise, but generous with those chunks of meat. And it was easy to inhale this thing when that much butter was involved. Still, I came close to hitting triple digits after factoring in two cocktails. At least it was fast enough for me to get out of there in less than 30 minutes.

What's a Pince? Maybe you mean Prince? Damn tasty looking anyway.
Presumably short for "pincer," seeing that it's a lobster place
