I'm not sure if they are doing this at all Trung Nguyên outlets across Singapore, but the International Plaza location (10 Anson Road #01-31, 6226-2616) is doing phở for breakfast. The good thing was that it was better than I thought it would be. Granted, my expectations were pretty low, and no, I'm not going to get cravings for it (nor will I get those gỏi cuốn again). But they also offer bánh mì here...I think I'll have to come back here to see if it's any good.
