Yes, I'm back at the hotel's breakfast, and there was something in the spread this morning that I didn't notice yesterday: a station where one could make his own
cold noodles, dressing it up with a selection of condiments, including sesame oil, peanut sauce, soy sauce, and Chinese vinegar. I tried to do what I could, grabbing a few other snacks along the way. I didn't quite get the seasonings right in the end, but at least it was better than that breakfast set
from yesterday. I should have just started with this in the first place.
