Knowing that it was going to be more than an hour before we got into the city and to our hotel (let alone finally getting back out again for a meal), we made sure to stop for a quick bite here at
Incheon before taking the bus into town. This place was serving porridge,
bibimbap, and noodles, so I went for this salmon
bibimbap. It was fine, but admittedly not anything so exciting that I'd be craving it again. I suppose that was to be expected given that they positioned it as a
welbing shop. At least it was healthy.

Thank you for allowing us use. Can you tell me, please, is this image a food shot from Bon BiBimbap in the airport? You note it being Bon Juk and Bibimbap. I need to find out exactly what restaurant this food is from. Please let me know when you have a moment.
I can't remember...this was too long ago, and I can't read Korean either. But just eyeballing the logo on the side of the bowl, it does appear to be similar to the one in this pic, so it seems a reasonable bet.
