My First Taste of Korean Chadol Baegi

I'm surprised that all the time I've eaten Korean barbecue, I've never come across these thin shabu shubu-like cuts called chadol baegi. Well, we got some today during a team lunch at Guiga (134 Tanjong Pagar Road, 6221-3001), and they were my favorite cuts of them all. These guys also had ganjang gejang on the menu; I think I'll have to come back!
