Takumen has added yet
another Bib Gourmand bowl to their selection, with this one from a place called Due Italian featuring prosciutto rather than
chashu. My previous experiences with
cheese-laced ramen have been mixed, especially since powdered cheese ofterntimes just clumped up. This one, however, was executed much better with a creamy cheese that blended in well with that crisp chicken stock and oil. It almost reminded me of a cream of chicken soup that I used to enjoy as a kid. Yes, I was quite happy with this. Here's to more
