Kway Teow Goreng at Akbar 24 Hours Restaurant
Of all of the years that I've lived in Singapore, I never even knew that prata shops like Akbar could make kway teow goreng. My colleagues mentioned a few additional words in Bahasa that I missed, but apparently they asked to top it with an egg sunny side up as well as throw some bits of mutton in there. Either way, this greasy salt bomb totally hit the spot after a few drinks, as did a greasy peppery sup kambing. Yes, I know that it's the alcohol talking, but man, I've been missing out. I'm coming back here for more sup kambing one day.
