Returning to Four Seasons at Capital Piazza, Singapore
I was in the neighborhood today and needed a quick bite before heading back to the office. So I figured that I'd come back to that Bayswater duck place and try some of that roasted pork that I wanted to get last time.
It was better than I thought it would be, especially with that crispy skin lined with just the right amount of fat. But the char siew behind it was a total bore, and the noodles were overcooked.
Next time, I'll still get this two-meat set, but with duck instead of char siew, and rice instead of noodles. And no, I won't line up for this stuff, be it in London or here. But it's better than Crystal Jade.
