Shimbashi Soba is running this hosoudon special right now. The beef was a bit on the lean side and the noodles didn't blow me away, but it was ultimately still edible. Perhaps more notably, the service has dramatically improved at Shimbashi Soba; we actually stopped coming here for at least a couple of years given some horrendous experiences in the past.
