The Yong Tau Foo from Bai Jia Le

One thing that I failed to get on my first visit to Bai Jia Le was the yong tau foo add-on, and it was only after returning this week did I realize how absolutely ginormous these pieces were. It wasn't just the cut of the vegetables, but the huge amount of meat filling inside. That photo isn't doing it justice because you can't see the vertical height of how thick those things were. They also did a shiitake mushroom that was super plump, both from the meat as well as the mushroom itself. This place is awesome.
