We were at Paulaner tonight and this sounded interesting enough to try: a Bavarian mixture of Brie, butter and spices. And it was pretty good, with an indulgently creamy and rich mixture going great with that pretzel and beer. They had Spargel on the menu tonight, but I was happier with this.
