Weißwurst from Schuhbeck's in Munich Airport

Weißwurst

I don't pass through Munich very often, but since I was here this morning, I had to get some Bavarian Weißwurst for breakfast. These things were only barely heated, but came out of the kitchen quickly, and were more tender and herbal (in a good way) than I was expecting. Most importantly, my skin peeling skills were pretty decent this morning; yay!
