
No, I'm not here because I mentioned aburasoba the other day. I just happened to be walking through the mall, thinking about vegetables when I saw a sign in front of Kokoro talking about it participating in this month's Vegan Chef Challenge. There were two special bowls that were separate from the normal vegan mazesoba.
I liked what I had, as the chewy noodles were still coated in a thick, savory, and slightly acidic sauce, even without squeezing any of that lemon nor adding vinegar. Indeed, I'd be happy to eat that on a normal day if they keep it on the menu after this promotion.
