I don't know the backstory behind this chain, but they focus on some simple noodle dishes as well as shengjianbao in particular. I ate my noodles with ease, followed by a plate of dumplings that featured a firmly grilled bottom. The broth inside was a bit sweet, but I didn't mind it too much as long as I had access to the chili oil, ginger, and vinegar.
