I ordered this largely because I wasn't sure what udang kering was. It turned out to be Malay for xiami dried shrimp, and here at Tenderbest (the halal arm of Tenderfresh) they minced it and tossed it with noodles, garlic, chili, and clams to create a deliciously savory bowl. Yep, I liked it, although the portion was pretty small. I could have ordered a separate plate of chicken to go with it.
