So I finally tried the bobo chicken thing at Zheng Nan Qi Bai today, but it wasn't worth it. This was not only because it took them at least 20 minutes to make, but also just that the dish itself wasn't as good as it looked. Those skewers didn't serve much of a purpose, especially since half the food fell off into the broth anyway. The sesame seeds were nice, but I wish I had gone for a piping hot bowl of their rice noodles instead. I wonder how Henleshan's version compares.
