I needed something fast and light for lunch here in Maui today, so what better than to pop into the nearby market for some poké along with a local soda? Of all of the varieties on display at this shop, I had never heard of tsunami poké, so I grabbed that. But I'm still not entirely sure what it is, as it was just covered in mayo, and even seemed to have some cooked tuna in there too. I should have picked something else.
