Who'd have thought that
Keisuke does local Hokkien mee at his outlet at Changi Airport Terminal 2 landside? Well,
Hokkien mee is a bit of a stretch. It's more like his ramen ingredients (plus some rice noodles and squid) tossed in a reduced version of his seafood stock. It wasn't smoky, nor was it as savory as one might think that his broth would have facilitated. The chili was sweet and forgettable too. Plus, one had to wait 15 minutes for it, which I won't do again.
