This is my first time in Czechia. So our local team took me out to lunch at this restaurant (Staroměstské nám. 930/7, 72-795-5669), with the top of the lunch menu today featuring these veal medallions with green beans and potatoes. It doesn't sound that exciting, but it was edible enough, especially with the bacon in the potatoes as well as the savory mushroom sauce. My teammate mentioned that sauces are a big thing here.
