This (190 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh #01-512) is a Cantonese roast meat shops that I never really cared for. But I was happier with what I got today, as I told them not to put their distracting chili sauce in my noodles, thus bringing the actual pork and noodles to the foreground. I also liked their big pile of bean sprouts, which were blanched and seasoned but fortunately lightly enough to be satisfying, especially when they spiked it with crackling and chili slices.
