OK, it's confirmed: the retro version at BHC is the best one on the menu, as it's naked without any of that sweet sauce (nor cheese powder), making it light and crispy without being oily. Gotta love how the boneless version uses thigh rather than breast meat too, as that kept it moist and tender while still being convenient enough to eat with chopsticks rather than needing the gloves that they provided in those little yellow packets.
