We went to
Yarana for lunch today, where we picked up not just a meat platter, but also that paneer above, which came out in a mildly sweet gravy with some fresh veggies inside, not to mention being garnished with slivers of ginger and some dried chili peppers. Yes, that was pretty good, and it was better than the meat platter, most pieces of which were marinated so much that it was effectively covered in a bit of a wet paste.
