Japan's Kageyama Ramen Has Opened in Singapore

Tori Paitan Shio

The JFH people have opened up another outlet at Suntec City today, this time being this tori paitan shop from Tokyo that has allegedly won lots of awards (3 Temasek Boulevard #02-605). Yes, the broth was very rich, and the thick curly noodles were fun to chew on. But the shredded chicken breast was dry, and I wonder how true to form they were, considering that this bowl lacked the lemon garnish that even the signage in front of the shop displayed. I'm told that the shop in Japan uses hazelnuts in their tantanmen; hopefully the version here sticks to that recipe.
