This is like a local version of chips and salsa: grab some crispy prawn crackers out of that big bucket and dip it into that thick sauce. This one was level 2, which obviously wasn't as spicy
as level 3, but nonetheless had a lot going on in there. It still tasted like it came from a jar though; I ended up dipping more into a fresh Teochew sauce that was on hand, especially since it was sour and perky.
