I've been wanting to try this Bib Gourmand stall for a while now, but they close pretty early at their original Adam Road location, which incidentally is closed for renovation right now. So I was happy to try this branch at Lau Pa Sat, especially since it was open for dinner. Yep, that soto ayam above was pretty good, particularly in how the deep earthy spices all blended together. The dark soy sauce and chili mixture was deliciously savory too. I wish I had gotten a bergedil though; that just means that I'll have to come back again to do so.
