It occurred to me tonight that one of the other stands at the Shell station on the corner of Blossom Hill and Almaden (5607 Almaden Expressway) is a Colombian one selling chorizo. And that chorizo above was pretty good with its snappy skin and moist meat, going nicely with that thick and corny arepa underneath. I only realized afterwards that they had some salsas in squeeze bottles available, not to mention small cups of Colombian coffee for free.
