These
ssam-like lettuce cups seem to be the thing to get
here. And they did a decent job of sauteeing and seasoning that delicate fish while spiking it with some greasy
youtiao slices, even if the choice of pale iceberg lettuce is a little boring. Perhaps more interesting (if less exciting) were their gigantic egg foo young omelette things, not to mention the fact that we spotted Martin Yan here today. Apparently he was neither cooking nor shooting here, but is a longtime friend of the owner.
