I've always known Asiana Airlines as "that one that serves
bibimbap in economy class" (and now that I look it up, I guess SQ
started to do the same too). But today Asiana offered
ssambap, with a gorgeous looking set of fresh leafy greens, including shiso leaf and cut chili peppers. How cool! I'm not sure if this has replaced the
bibimbap and/or if there are other neat local dishes in the rotation, but I look forward to the return flights so that I can eat this again.

No they rotate between ssambap and bibimbap. Hope you get to eat it again soon!
