Revisiting the Hae Mee Stall at Peck Hoon Teng

If you compare this photo to the one from last week, there are a few notable differences aside from the noodle selection. Most notably, the condition of the prawns have improved dramatically...and I didn't even pay the extra one dollar option. But the chili powder has changed to the industry standard fine red powder, which was more boring than the smoky flakes and seeds that they had before. You win some, you lose some.
