We had barbecue from this shop and catering service here in Raleigh tonight, this time featuring not just whole-hog Eastern barbecue, but even Texan brisket and St Louis ribs. The brisket was the best of the three given how tender and fatty it was, but I certainly wasn't complaining about the others. Actually, the thing that I was really happy with was the veggies, including not just the braised collard greens, but also that big pile of fresh in-season kale.
