This Bib Gourmand
nasi padang has been around for a while, but I somehow only managed to give it a try today when one of its "mini" outlets was nearby, making for a convenient lunch. The food was salty in a good way, with a crisp and savory edge that cut through it all. I was particularly happy that they had some kind of
collard green-like leaves available too. I'd eat there again.
