Hadongkwan as much as I do, the shift away from that gigantic tub of leeks on each table was the first thing that struck me when I sat down. Apparently the pandemic caused them to provide individual servings instead, even though the salt and pepper were still communal. Either way, their bowls never fail to satisfy, being much better than
Gagahoho, especially with the quality of that tender fatty beef.
