I'm not sure when it happened, but this chain from Harbin has opened a couple of stalls in Singapore under the anglicized name Warming Rice Noodle. That bowl above tasted like it looked, being moderately sour, spicy, and salty without being excessive. There were a number of configuration options, including
luosifen, but I got the basic version that came in a set with
roujiamo, the latter of which was more interesting to me than the noodles given that the meat was extra fatty while the pastry was crispy enough that flakes got scattered all over my lap as I ate it.
