That isn't a great photo above given that it was just the
banchan rather than the meat, but this was a slightly upscale chain of barbecue places in Korea serving
local hanwoo beef. And it was indeed good with super moist cuts of things like tenderloin to go down with all of the dietary fiber surrounding it. I liked it, although my preference is for
Soogoong given that its old school griminess plus mom & pop attitude provides more character.
