
Here's the shuizhuniu from Qiu Jin Xiao Chao. It wasn't the spicy, greasy, salty mixture that I was expecting, but was instead more like a smooth beef soup that I still enjoyed. Actually, there wasn't much beef in there either, which is surprising given that this is one of their more expensive items. But I was happy to eat the veggies and slurp down the broth with a couple of bowls of rice.
