IPPUDO Singapore has taken its
"Tsukemen Japan" special and jazzed it up with a
mala version above. Contrary to what I was expecting, it wasn't watered down at all, with that broth so salty, spicy, and greasy that I had to eat some of those noodles naked rather than dipping them in. Those very thick and chewy noodles were fun to eat either way, and
cilantro as a ramen garnish easily scores extra points with me.
