The
Otoko Ramen folks took over
Ajisai's former stall at Hokkaido Marche a while back, and only tonight did I try it. One of the promos was this
tsukemen, which I could nitpick on for being borderline soft and sweet. But neither of those deterred me from finishing this, as the noodles were still chewy enough, and the broth was still greasy enough that I was rather happy with it. They did a nice job with the fatty
chashu and gooey egg too.
