The
Culina folks have a market-cum-dining room on Dempsey Hill, with the high ceilings of those black and white barracks creating a
pleasantly large space centered around a wine bar. There were stations selling everything from seafood to cheese to charcuterie to meat, which you could select to be grilled and served to you. Those oysters above were fine, as well as a tomahawk steak that we ordered. None of it was cheap, but I liked the active and smart vibe, kinda like how
El Nacional or
Eataly are.
