This ramen shop didn't look very promising from the outside (101 Thomson Road #B1-04, 6015-0363), so I figured that it wouldn't be any good. Still, they offered the ability to customize your bowl, so I went for extra oil, extra salt, and hard noodles, and it turned out OK with its small portion of skinny noodles and a decently savory broth. The
chashu was paper thin, but I
prefer thinly sliced meat. I wouldn't make any effort to come here though; it was just somewhere to go for the sake of convenience, especially since the food comes out of the kitchen at lightning speed.
