I told ya I'd be
back here again. Some savory Burmese food sounded great after some drinks tonight, so I stopped by on my way home, picking this white fungus salad salad just because of how unique it sounded. And it was delicously refreshing and well-balanced, without being too salty, spicy, acidic, nor overpowered by things like onions. I liked how that lentil rice in the back was spiked with salt crystals too. I really need to explore more Burmese food.
