This chain of Thai hawker stalls has a big seating area at its Coronation Plaza outlet (587 Bukit Timah Road #03-01A), making for a convenient lunch today. They loaded the vermicelli above with quite a big helping of ginger. Normally I'd probably like that, but I still prefer the more fragrant garlic and crackling-topped one from that Boat Quay dude instead. The fried Mama noodles here were pleasantly smoky though, and they're pretty generous with the portions here too.
