If you hadn't figured it out already, I've been trying to eat as much chicken rice as I can before the supplies from Malaysia get cut off later this week. And I happened to be passing by an outlet of this small chain (not to be confused with
Ming Kee BTW), so I grabbed a plate for the sake of it. The chicken was impressively moist and tender, so much that it was the polar opposite of
those Swee Kee offshoots (all of these were breast meat, mind you). I didn't finish the mushy rice, but I was happy to eat the chicken and drink the savory soup.
